Active Members

The dentist Active Member is the dentist, who after years of top quality training and clinical practice in prosthetic dentistry on both natural teeth and implants, decides to submit his resolved clinical cases to a special AIOP Committee. In case the clinical cases should be positively judged, the dentist is then admitted to the Academy as an Active Member. An Active Member is usually a lecturer at conferences and congresses and is involved with the AIOP activities in favour of ordinary members. Active Members are often opinion leaders and speakers at major international events. Currently there are 59 Active Dental Members on a national panorama of about 50,000 dentists.

The Dental Technician Active Member is the dental technician, who after years of top quality training and lab practice decides to submit his prosthetic work to a special Aiop Committee. In case his work should be positively judged, the dental technician  is then admitted to the Academy as an Active Member. The active member is usually a speaker at conferences and congresses and is involved with the academy activities in favour of ordinary members. Active Members are often opinion leaders and speakers at major international events.

The Ordinary Member is a dentist or a dental technician who, motivated by a strong interest in advanced prosthetic and dental technology training, decides to freely join Aiop, in order to take advantage of the prestigious cultural and educational activities organized by the Association.
